利用規約

TenjiScan（テンジスキャン）

1. はじめに

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、TenjiScan（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。

2. サービス概要

本アプリは、カメラで撮影した点字を読み取り、テキストに変換するサービスです。AI候補提示機能により、読み取り精度の向上を図ることができます。

3. 読み取り精度について

• 点字の読み取り結果は機械処理によるものであり、正確性を保証するものではありません
• 読み取り結果は撮影条件や点字の状態によって異なります
• 重要な情報の確認には、必ず他の手段でも確認してください

4. AI候補提示機能

• AI候補提示機能は、読み取り候補テキストをGoogle Gemini APIに送信して処理します
• AIによる判定結果は参考情報であり、正確性を保証するものではありません
• この機能の利用には別途サブスクリプション（月額¥100）が必要です

5. アプリ内課金

• 広告除去（¥100）：買い切り型。広告の表示を停止します
• AI候補提示（月額¥100）：自動更新サブスクリプション。AI候補提示機能を利用できます
• チップ：任意の開発支援
• サブスクリプションはApple IDに紐づいて自動更新されます。解約はいつでもAppleの設定から可能です
• 購入の返金はAppleのポリシーに準じます

6. 禁止事項

以下の行為を禁止します：

• 本アプリの逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリング
• 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
• 不正な方法でアプリ内課金を回避する行為

7. 免責事項

• 本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます
• 点字の読み取り結果の正確性について、開発者は保証しません
• 本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、開発者は責任を負いません
• サービスの内容は予告なく変更される場合があります

8. 規約の変更

本規約は必要に応じて変更されることがあります。変更後も本アプリを利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

9. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関する紛争は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Use

TenjiScan

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of TenjiScan ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Overview

The App reads Braille text captured by the camera and converts it to text. The AI candidate suggestion feature can help improve reading accuracy.

3. Reading Accuracy

• Braille reading results are generated by machine processing and accuracy is not guaranteed
• Results may vary depending on shooting conditions and Braille quality
• Always verify important information through other means

4. AI Candidate Suggestion

• The AI feature sends reading candidate text to the Google Gemini API for processing
• AI results are for reference only and accuracy is not guaranteed
• This feature requires a separate subscription (¥100/month)

5. In-App Purchases

• Ad Removal (¥100): One-time purchase to remove advertisements
• AI Candidate Suggestion (¥100/month): Auto-renewable subscription for AI features
• Tips: Optional developer support
• Subscriptions auto-renew through your Apple ID. You can cancel anytime in Apple Settings
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy

6. Prohibited Activities

• Decompiling or reverse engineering the App
• Interfering with the App's operation
• Circumventing in-app purchases through unauthorized means

7. Disclaimer

• The App is provided "as is"
• The developer does not guarantee the accuracy of Braille reading results
• The developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App
• Service content may change without notice

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as needed. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
